Fatal error while creating database user using mySQL Wizard

This is my first time using CPanel. When I go to the mySQL Wizard to create a database, it lets me create the database but on step 2 when I'm prompted to create a user I always get the same error:

A fatal error or timeout ocurred while processing this directive

If I try to create the user in the mySQL Database option I always get an error:

The request failed. (Error ID ty2rrq)

I'm sorry to hear about the error you're getting, I'd suggest contacting your provider for assistance though as this sounds like a misconfiguration on their server.
