Hello Team,

I hosted my few website on a hosting service provider, but facing slow speed problem.

Then I check the google cloud, and install the WHM and Cpanel by watching youtube tutorials.

Now the website is very fast, but facing an issue,

I am not able to connect with the cpanel SSH and FTP.

Please suggest

Hey there! By default, the FTP Service is disabled on the machine, so you'd need to visit WHM >> FTP Server Selection to ensure that one is installed.

You can check if the cPanel users have shell access from WHM >> Manage Shell Access.

You would need to have the correct ports opened in the server's firewall for that to work, so ports 21, 22, and the passive FTP range of 49152 through 65534 should be opened if you plan to use those services.

Let me know if that helps!
