High CPU load on MySqld once update to Cpanel v.102.0.8

Dear members,
i would like to report an issue on MySQLd once i updated the CPanel/WHM to the latest version 102.0.8. I run the command: mysqladmin proc status and i attach relative image. I have disabled the accounts with the reported databases however i have the same results.

Hey there! That's interesting, and I haven't seen any similar reports of that on my end and haven't noticed any odd issues with MySQL CPU usage in the few recent systems I've accessed. Could you submit a ticket to our team so we can check this out directly on the affected server?

While i was waiting for response I disabled the performance_schema option and i have desired results like the attached one.

There's nothing secret about ticket numbers, but I'm following along with that on my end now!

It looks like we didn't get access to the machine and you just let us know about the performance_schema option you already found, so there isn't much to report.
