High CPU usage in cPanel VPS (Database Connection Error)

Hello, guys, I am new here and have little knowledge on troubleshooting you can consider me as a beginner on WHM/SQL troubleshooting. so I have shared some screenshots below but i dont know how can I troubleshoot the problem website goes down 3 or 4 times a week some time for few minutes and sometimes for hours
