Horde UI pop up overlay (z-index) issue on mobile browser

I don't know if this is a correct place to ask. My clients are using webmail on mobile browser and they are using Horde interface.

The problem is, they can't attach files or download the attachments because when they tap attachment, the side drawer comes into the screen and the drawer background is covering all the screen and they can't tap anything anymore.

The same happening when they are about to attach the files as well. Please see the screenshot for more info.

Hey there! We have a case open for an issue with Horde not displaying properly in mobile through CPANEL-38602. However, we're actually planning on removing Horde in the future because they haven't released an update since 2020, which would require us to start maintaining a custom version on our end in order to fix these issues.

At this point, it would be best to use Roundcube as my personal guess is this will not get fixed.

Blimey! What am I saying. I wanted to mean Roundcube, not Horde. I am sorry. This is about Roundcube.

That changes thing then! We have case https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360052785774 opened for this but it is resolved in version 104. Can you confirm you are using cPanel version 104 and still experiencing this?

Yes, I am using

cPanel & WHM v104.0.5 (STANDARD)

and still experiencing it. The link you have given me is a redirect loop. I can't open it.

This is a slightly different Roundcube interface case, which was just fixed last night. The fix is available in the next version up from yours, 104.0.6.

That's odd - I'd expect that to just work after logging in. 104.0.6 will likely get moved up through the tiers quickly, so the fix will get applied automatically to your system within the next week or so.
