Hello, i really need a help on the above mentioned, i tried accessing my website and i got a 502 bad gateway text on the HTML of my website, its a wordpress site shared hosting with Bluehost, i logged into my cPanel and the loading took so long to display each directory i enter in my File manager. I cant view some files or edit rather and at the top i gets an error message saying "The API request failed with the following error: 0 - Unknown Error."

I contacted the admins on support page of my host and they told me they were able to identify an issue with my server. Later on today i tried accessing my site to see if issue is resolved and i got "This site can’t be reached searstrades.com refused to connect."

My website is searstrades.com and problem started yesterday. Please help, below are some screenshots i took of my issue.

Since this is a shared hosting you should contact BlueHost again. This seems to be an issue on the server side which you can't fix unfortunately.

Is there a reason the A record for the domain is pointed to 127.0.0.1? IF you didn't make this modification, I would agree that you need to speak with your provider.
