How to BCC someone on all outgoing emails from server?

Hi all. I'm using cpanel email on shared hosting. I would like to configure a mailbox so that every email sent from this mailbox includes a separate mailbox in the BCC. Is this possible?

A web search indicates that it appears to be possible with dedicated hosting (WHM-->Exim). But I can't seem to find any mention of the functionality for shared hosting.
