how to setup dedicated server on linux

I have WHM 11.30.5 (build 6) and
CENTOS 5.7 x86_64 standard on server
Can some one guide me how to I install a dedicated server for web hosting on top of our current linux web server?
Is that possible to do this remotely via WHM? Or do I need to install it on the data center where my physical servers is stored?
I want to install on the existing server becoz we can't wipe out the production server and make a fresh Linux re-installation

You can't do what you're looking to do. You'll need to backup all accounts and important data from the server before reloading it.

Appreciate if you can paste any useful links here. I google but to no avail --- ALL leads to install dedicated GAME server, this is not what I want to do..

You are already on a dedicated server.

You already have cPanel installed and I assume, ready to handle Web Hosting.

I'm sorry but your private message to me and your updated post above are not helping explain what you wish to do here, for me. You've already got what you want to get. Hopefully someone here can assist you with this further.

Setup the VPS for my client; which he prefer not to share the same resource on same hard drive at our linux server to host for his websites
