Guys, how do i stop this notification from happening within my cpanel server.

I am using cpanel r82 / redhat enterprise 3 / spamassassin and clamav. I have a modified exim.conf file but thats about it.

Spam detection software, running on the system "filter1.mailshield.com.au", has
identified this incoming email as possible spam. The original message
has been attached to this so you can view it (if it isn't spam) or label
similar future email. If you have any questions, see
the administrator of that system for details.

Thanks
Shaun

if you get this message to your postbox, you may disable on user level. Just go to Email-accounts - Email filters and follow instructions on page regards to Spamassasion.
If you need that your Spamasssin install will delete all SPAM by default (without user notifications) you may do this on server wide level - just make corrections in /etc/mail/spamasssin.cf

Hiyas,

This is a really wierd one. However the spam score is really high but it does not mark it as spam just says "potentially unsafe" and the copy of this email is sent to the receipient of the intended email on our server.

I just want to stop that warning email and mark it as spam. Our spam on our servers is not deleted it is boxed so individuals can access it up untill 30 days of which it is then pruned.

look strange for me. from your first post i read that Spamassasin mark SPAM as spam, sent to you warning and attach original message as attachment. Check incoming notifications headers and most likely ytou will see something about Spamassasin spam points and etc.

Did you ever get these email notifications to stop coming? I have also started receiving about 2-3 dozen of these a day just in the last two days or so but cannot think of any change I could have made on the server to justify this suddenly happening. It is as annoying as getting the spams themselves. :)

Any help on how to stop them is appreciated.
