I have a dedicated server CentOS v7.9.2009 STANDARD standard, and yesterday a kernel update was made, however, after this the Cpanel licenses were not recognized, so my provider after 16 hours returned the kernel to the previous version.

After returning the kernel to its previous version, the server was active, however it had a very high load so it was too slow, I also received many emails indicating that the aforementioned services had fallen, after a few moments the load went up so much that the server fell, and this was repeated about 3 to 4 times.

I also receive an email every 10 minutes with the following header:

Cron <root@server0> /usr/bin/test -e /etc/cpanel-dovecot-solrdisable || /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/scripts/cpanel_dovecot_solr_commit

And inside it contains the following:
Cpanel::Exception::HTTP::Network/(XID vuue4t) The system failed to send an <abbr title="Hypertext Transfer Protocol">HTTP</abbr> “GET” request to “http://oHcHzUU91XUsX51y:__HIDDEN__@ 127.0.0.1:8984/solr/dovecot/update?commit=true” because of an error: Could not connect to '127.0.0.1:8984': Connection timed out
at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/HTTP/Client.pm line 115.
Cpanel::HTTP::Client::request(Cpanel::HTTP::Client=HASH(0x12ba558), "GET", "http://oHcHzUU91XUsX51y:__CPANEL_URLPW_HIDDEN__\@127.0.0.1:8984/solr/"... , HASH(0x11a2f30)) called at (eval 6) line 6
HTTP::Tiny::get(Cpanel::HTTP::Client=HASH(0x12ba558), "http://oHcHzUU91XUsX51y:__CPANEL_URLPW_HIDDEN__\@127.0.0.1:8984/solr/"...) called at /var/cpanel /perl/Cpanel/Dovecot/Solr/Utils.pm line 129
Cpanel::Dovecot::Solr::Utils::call_commit() called at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/scripts/cpanel_dovecot_solr_commit line 40
scripts::cpanel_dovecot_solr_commit::run("scripts::cpanel_dovecot_solr_commit") called at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/scripts/cpanel_dovecot_solr_commit line 35

My supplier doesn't give me any solution so far, so he would like to know what can I do on my side.

Hey there! With all those services down, there is a deeper problem than the cPanel tools on the machine. It could be an issue with the kernel or a problem with the disk, but for this issue you'll have to work with the provider directly.

If direct SSH connections are working you're welcome to submit a ticket to our team so we can check things out on our end and give you a real opinion after examining the system.

Hello, thanks for answering
Yes indeed, I submitted a ticket and they told me that the RPM databases are corrupted and that is slowing down the server, although due to the fact that the tester does not answer, I would like to know if I can do something on my part.
