I want to add subdomain.
I have "domainname.com", now I want to add "sub.domainname.com" always failed.

My domain use DNS from cloudflare, then I add A point to IP hosting.
I have tried add NS to nameserver hosting before on DNS cloudflare.

I tried all the things but in vain. Now I am following this link send by moderator. Thanks for reply.

Well this is outrageous. I have used Cloudflare DNS for years without any problems, and suddenly today I couldn't add domains.
Had to waste 20 mintues to figure out that now I need to add my cloudflare nameserver IPs to "Remote Name Server IPs".
Also WHM decided to disable shell for my account by itself.
What is going on at cpanel? Actively trying to lose customers?

The shell access was removed because someone changed an option in the default group, and then the default shell of noshell was applied to all accounts in the group.
