Hello,

My WHM server behind a proxy, I randomly got "502 gateway error" when access whm login page, still not login or do anything yet.

When i refresh the page, error gone and i can access login page.

When i get that 502 error, i check log on cpanel server at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log and it show:

cpsrvd 9d24f5783c5f: Failed to find any service that listens on “”. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Server.pm line 157.
info [cpsrvd] Internal Server Error: "-" 500 Error ID 9d24f5783c5f

And that all the log i get for "ID 9d24f5783c5f", and that Server.pm file does not exist: "ls: cannot access '/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Server.pm': No such file or directory"

This error occurs quite frequently, every few minutes there's an error like the one attached in the image.

I'm using version 110.0.2

Please help me.

Thank you.

Hey there! Are you able to remove the proxy from the server to see if that resolves the issue?
Hello, i access directly with IP:2087 and still got error 500, after refresh page, it work again. The error 500 happen only for just about a second.

My server running Litespeed, and when i access the litespeed portal on IP:7080, i got error 500 too. I check error logs at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log and nothing special.

And just to confirm, you don't see anything in the main cPanel log when the issue happens?
I check /var/log/message and got nothing at the time when the issue happens.

But it suddenly stop since 2023-08-31 and i don't see the error since then.

I wouldn't expect /var/log/messages to show that data. Anything related to the cPanel interface would be logged in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.

I'm glad to hear the issue stopped though! It sounds like an automated update resolved the issue.

I checked the cpanel error log and i get the log like picture attached above:

cpsrvd 9d24f5783c5f: Failed to find any service that listens on “”. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Server.pm line 157.
info [cpsrvd] Internal Server Error: "-" 500 Error ID 9d24f5783c5f

But the problem now gone, hope it won't come back. o_O
