I\'m unable to add db users to my mysql databases using cpanel.Which are the possibilities to fix it.I have run #/script/upcp ...Please tell me another possiblities for fix the issue

Try using this, it will update mysql.
/scripts/mysqlup

Did you move these accounts from another control panel, such as Plesk?

If your account usernames are long (over 8 characters) you will run out of characters to create usernames.

To fix this, change the affected account's username to something 8 characters or less. Then try to create a new db user, it should work.
