has anyone had any success with these? The documentation mentions that you can just enter an email, but the backend only offers the ability to add scripts. I've tried creating a few scripts to run execute when a virus is detected, but they do not work. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If that isn't working as intended, can you submit a ticket with us so we can do some direct troubleshooting?

Remember that only Imunify360 allows sending notification mails (directly from the GUI). With ImunifyAV(+), you need to wrap that into a script.
Have you checked that your script is indeed executable and works when you run it manually from a shell?

Sure thing!The script works.I gave ownership to root:_imunify but nothing changed.

Hmm - odd. And you ofcourse have the +x bit on, right? Then I don't have a good explanation. Maybe better to post in the Imunify forums then ;-)
