Incomplete backup

Hello,

My box was settup to run daily basis backup and it was pretty good to backup /home but some accounts were not backup and it list only foldername and 0 size backup file

drwx------ 10 root root 4096 Jul 9 10:14 username/
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Aug 14 05:53 username.tar.gz

I think WHM is attempt to back up it but fail for some reason. If anyone know how can I fix it please let me know.

Server load may have been high for a long time and the backup script gave up on that account.
