SOLVED Internal Server Error - AH01215: suexec policy violation - Multi PHP

Probably since the nightly update I get Internal Server Errors for multiple websites on my server.

Apache error logs:
AH01215: suexec policy violation: see suexec log for more details: /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/ea-php80
End of script output before headers: ea-php80

The mentioned suexec log file is empty.

/etc/apache2/logs/suexec_log:
uid: (1019/est) gid: (1019/est) cmd: ea-php80
(8)Exec format error: exec failed (ea-php80)

Similar errors for other PHP versions.
Until now I have not found a solution for this. For the suexec policy violation some suggest a file permission issue. But the files are 644 and directories 755.
