IPs used by Gmail to download email using POP3

Hello,
I am suggesting one of my customers download his emails into Gmail using POP3
but it seems like my cPanel firewall is blocking the source IPs so I was wondering
if you know where can I find a list of their ranges?

Hey hey! Google itself says these change all the time, so they don't publish a list or range:

Google IP address ranges for outbound mail servers - Google Workspace Admin Help

When setting up email for your domain, you might need the IP addresses for Google Workspace mail servers. For example, SPF authentication for your domain might require Google server IP

support.google.com

I'd recommend temporarily disabling the firewall to confirm that is the issue.

I disabled CSF but the problem remains

Well, it's not the firewall then! What error is he getting on the Gmail side of things when he tries to perform that work?
