Issues with Let's Encrypt not running

hi, sorry to open this topic,
i have a problem with ssl in my whm,
in accounts "ss/tls status" show nothing in body of page
and section "manage autossl" have this error:
Template::Exception:
[TYPE]=[undef]
[INFO]=[SSL::installed_hosts(HASH(0x2ece200)) failed: Unable to retrieve the installed hosts:
]
[TEXT]=[]
at cpanel.pl line 1126.
cpanel::cpanel::cptt_exectag("/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/jupiter/ssl/install.html.tt", 1) called at cpanel.pl line 4647
cpanel::cpanel::run_standard_mode() called at cpanel.pl line 930
cpanel::cpanel::script("cpanel::cpanel", "./frontend/jupiter/ssl/install.html.tt") called at cpanel.pl line 326

i uninstalled letsenrypt and install again but "letsencrypt-cpanel" its down!
anyone can help?

Hey there! The "installed_hosts" portion of the command checks the data on the cPanel account, so something is likely wrong with the account's data (such as information in /var/cpanel/userdata) and not the SSL system. Can you run this command to see if you can get more helpful details?

Code:
uapi --user=username SSL installed_hosts
Just replace "username" with the cPanel cPanel username you're working with, and run that command.

thanks for reply,
i checked that before,
i need to say its not a specific user problem
all of the account have this problem but they didn't have it before
and that command have a lot of result so i cant put in there
but seeing this error to much and in that command:
The “SSL::installed_hosts” API failed due to the following error: Unable to retrieve the installed hosts.
