Today suddenly i am receiving to much emails again and again. Could anyone tell me the solution.

Service going down again and again.

Notification : The service “letsencrypt-cpanel” appears to be down.
Service Check Method : The system failed to connect to this service’s TCP/IP port.

Reason : Service check failed to complete
Unable to connect to port 5959 on 127.0.0.1: Connection refused: Died

Number of Restart Attempts : 22

The chkservd process attempts to connect to “127.0.0.1:5959” in order to validate that this service is functioning. If you blocked connections with iptables or the “Host Access Control” interface in WHM, this failure may be a false positive.

To resolve this issue, either open the firewall to allow connections as the root user to “127.0.0.1:5959” or disable checks for this service in WHM’s “Service Manager” interface with the “Configure Monitor Settings” link below.

Is the server recently upgraded to cPanel/WHM 110?

I don't have a solution, but seems that that plugin does not work in 110 version.

If it was my server I'd uninstall that plugin and activate Let's Encrypt as AutoSSL provider in WHM->SSL/TLS->Manage AutoSSL.

My second server is working fine.

Only this server is creating issue.

Should i have to reinstall the lets encrypt?

Are both servers in 110 version and both have Let's Encrypt plugin (in WHM->Plugins)?

If you go to WHM->SSL/TLS->Manage AutoSSL->AutoSSL Providers, is Let's Encrypt enabled in both servers?

I have fixed the issue.
I checked both lets encrypt and fleetssl was installed.
I removed the fleetssl.
Add port in firewall.

After doing this, issue has been resolved.
Could you please tell me how can you solve this problem i already uninstalled Fleet ssl but now i am still face this issue
