Task List:
- Backup current cPanel account/user and MySQL database on an attached USB drive
- Reinstall linux on system
- Install latest WHM and cPanel on same system
- Restore cPanel account/user and MySQL database
- Make sure web services, eMail, PHP, MySQL, and webmail is working
