manage mysql profile locked

does someone help me?

I set the mysql profile to connect to a remote mysql, but the screen locked.
She stopped in step 7 (eximstats Transfering data to remote MySQL host).
I've tried restarting and or off the mysql service both indoor and outdoor.
And nothing happens! And look, this server is small.
