The dns zone editor contains 'mail routing settings'. I need to change it for ~200 domains, first step i need it to change auto, or reomte.
I'm found exim uses /etc/localdomains and maybe /etc/remotedomains, but changing this files, make no difference in whm gui.
But if i'm edit dns zone files manually, it's working fine.

So what is the exact change you are needing to make from the old to the new setting? Please provide the specific change from and to for help, so I can provide a command to use in the DNS zone files or the /var/cpanel/users/username files depending on what is being changed.
Are you referring to the MX records?
Or what exactly do you want to change?
AFAIK, if you add / remove files from the /etc/localdomians & /etc/remodomains files then you need to rebuild some files for WHM / cPanel to see the changes as well. I just can't remember which file it is, but it's probably one of the /scripts/rebuild* files

I wan't to change this: http://homokozo.czo.hu/emailrouting.png . I think, i need this script name. After editing local/remotedomains directly, and restarting mta, exims working like the config files, but this changes, not visible on the gui.

Yes, you want to change the MX record 
You need to run "/scripts/checkalldomainsmxs --yes" once you're done to sync everything.
