I migrated a cpanel reseller account from one owner to another on the same webhost (A2). My client wants to log into their master webmail account and see all users' inboxes under one webmail. This seems to be possible, but it looks like none of the migrated mailboxes are showing up available for subscription. Only ones I created AFTER the migration appear. Can this be fixed?

I would assume this is permissions related, I'd suggest you contact the hosting provider and explain the situation to them. There shouldn't be any reason why your user would not be able to do this as far as I am aware.

Thanks for the response. My webhost couldn't seem to do anything about it, but I was able to get around it by deleting the email account that wasn't cooperating (one that was migrated previously) and recreating it on the new server—then it became subscribable.

HOWEVER, no subfolders are available from any of these accounts. We can only see messages in their INBOXes. Is this normal, or should we be able to get all the subscribed users' IMAp Pubfolders to appear in the Master webmail?
