I need to migrate a backup gz.zip from Cyberpanel to cPanel and restore it.

Not to my knowledge. I would suggest contacting cPanel support and see what their migration team can do for you.

Hello, its not possible but you can extract archival, move files, create and import database and sync mail with 3rd party tools; also congrats about you're moving from that panel; it is worst I used in my life with many exploits, sql bugs etc.
cPanel staff or 3rd party experts like me can handle but I suggest to contact with cPanel staff.
