I'm glad you were able to get that generated. I just created a test account and confirmed the files don't exist immediately:

Code:
-rw-r--r--   1 logtest logtest   18 Feb  6 10:25 .bash_logout
-rw-r--r--   1 logtest logtest  141 Feb  6 10:25 .bash_profile
-rw-r--r--   1 logtest logtest  376 Feb  6 10:25 .bashrc
drwx------   4 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 .cpanel
drwx------   4 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 .cphorde
drwxr-x---   3 logtest mail    4.0K Feb  6 10:25 etc
drwxr-xr-x   2 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 .htpasswds
drwxr-x--x  10 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 mail
drwxr-x---   3 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 public_ftp
drwxr-xr-x   2 logtest logtest 4.0K Oct 26 10:03 public_html
drwx------   2 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 .spamassassin
-rw-r--r--   1 logtest logtest    0 Feb  6 10:25 .spamassassinboxenable
-rw-r--r--   1 logtest logtest    0 Feb  6 10:25 .spamassassinenable
drwxr-xr-x   5 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 ssl
drwxr-xr-x   2 logtest logtest 4.0K Feb  6 10:25 tmp
lrwxrwxrwx   1 logtest logtest   11 Feb  6 10:25 www -> public_html
so it would seem that is normal behavior.
