Mosh (Mobile Shell)

Can anyone speak to adding Mosh support to a cPanel server? It sounds like it shouldn’t be too bad since it runs unprivileged, but the basic premise is that it makes for a persistent ssh-like connection on mobile devices, like an iPad.

Hey hey! I haven't tried this tool, so my recommendation would be to give it a shot and see what happens!

I shall do so I share. Although I may have solved my main desire by discovering tmux -- it maintains a terminal session between connections, too, and doesn't require opening up 1,000 (literally, not exaggerating) UDP ports as mosh does. I'm a tad nervous about that requirement of mosh in relation to server security.
