My client has 20+ email accounts for all their employees. The management team (3 people) wants a copy of ALL incoming company emails.

Each employee should recieve emails as normal, with a copy going to management.

Many of the employees are out in the field regularly and mgmt wants to keep an eye on emails in case anything urgent comes up, they can respond quickly and keep the business running smoothly. The employees already believe that mgmt receives a copy of emails.

Is this a pop mail setting, or a setting in Thunderbird, or can it be streamlined in CPanel? Obviously an easy solution is preferred. I've never even heard of EXIM, so I hope that is not the answer, as it seems highly technical.

Help and Thanks !!!!

If you do not have root access to the server, your options would be limited.

You could simply set up a forwarder for every employees' email account that goes to a single email such as company-management@. You can then have company-management@ forward to each of the management team members. This way if you need to add/remove people from the management team, you only need to modify one forwarder.

With forwarders, it forwards a COPY of the email. It doesn't reroute the email, so the employees will still receive their messages.
