#cPanel #WHM
Good evening everyone.
I'm having a problem with an account recovery from CPanel with WHM. I've used this procedure several times before, and never had a problem.
I accidentally deleted the public_html path of one of my users on CPanel, losing all the data of the sites on that path. Not having a backup of the public_html folder, I downloaded the data of all CPanel users from Amazon AWS.
As already done other times, I downloaded the tar.gz file and Uploaded it through the "Transfer and Restore of Cpanel" section, overwriting the data. The file weighs approximately 4GB compressed, approximately 10GB uncompressed. It's been almost 8 hours and the file is still in "Restore".
Are there any other ways to do this procedure? Can I somehow download only the public_html folder of the entire CPanel user? (I see it now, but it shows it as a simple link and I don't have its files inside).
Many thanks to anyone willing to help.
