Go on, have a guess
AFAIK, there isn't a printable version. If you want one, you need to either contact cpanel through the methods on their contact page or log it as an enhancement request in bugzilla and ask people to vote for it here.

Doesn't work for me in Firefox 1.0.6 -- this is all I see, there is no navigation:

Using this manual

The following manual is designed to familiarize new users with the cPanel interface and to provide extra knowledge for current users. This manual will focus on the tasks involved with putting together, and maintaining a web site.

To move from one topic to another, use the list on the left side of your screen. Click on a topic to reveal the tasks associated with that topic. Click on a task name to see a description of the task and the steps to accomplish it.
Flash, java and javascript are all available/enabled. Flash is for visual presentations, not documentation. Non-flash version works fine however, what happened to the downloadable docs.

Must be something at your ens. Have same ersion of Firefox and the sidebar shows up fine. It sounds like you have frames disabled or changed somehow - as there is a seperate message for no frames.

HTML:
<frame src="whgdata/whnvp30.htm" title="navigation pane" name="navigation pane" scrolling="no">
<frame src="Using_this_manual.htm" title="topic pane" name="bsscright" scrolling="yes">
From viewing the source. So, if you see the one, the other should also be there, especially as the instruction is first to show th navigation.

Question Regarding Permission To Do This:

ProxyPass /cphelp/ http://www.cpdocs.com/docs/
ProxyPassReverse /cphelp/ http://www.cpdocs.com/docs/

So that the skel page moved on new accounts have the help documentation appear as being accessible from the domain (obviously with the index.shtml page edited to contain the same)

Yes i have mod_proxy installed.
Any disadvantage of doing this?

Did anyone ever recieve a answer on this? I would like to do it also

We could probably provide an rsync or cpanelsync source for this. I think thats a better idea.
