Not receiving backup completed email

I have two servers configured exactly, but im not receiving from one "the back process completed" email. I checked that in both servers the backups are made remotely ok.

Is there a config for that?

Hello @Un Area,

Can you check if the Backup Successful notification is enabled under the Notifications tab in WHM >> Contact Manager? Also, make sure it's importance level is set to a value that includes an email notification.
