Very strange issue here. My avatar looked fine to me, but I was told by someone else it was a mess. To see if it was my cache, I came here with IE which I never use and my avatar still looked fine to me. I reuploaded it anyway which fixed what others see, but I'll likely never know why it looked normal to me.

That's because I uploaded a new one, but even the old one worked for me, just not others.
Oh well, at least it works for others now.

Just bumping this thread because there are still many messed up avatars.

I suggest anyone who hasn't reuploaded their avatar yet do so because I still see many messed up ones and I know from my own experience that your avatar may look fine to you, but not to others. That's what mine did.

I got this list by going through the first 10 pages of members listed by post count.

If your username is in the list, your avatar isn't working, or is missing, at least from my connection. There are many more as well. This is just the first 10 pages of members by post count.

No problem. It was just so weird. I had 3 people tell me my avatar wasn't working but it looked fine to me. After the 3rd one, I went ahead and reuploaded mine. That means other avatars that aren't working right probably look fine to them too, so I thought I'd notify several people the easy way.

It'd take way too long to PM everyone. :D

Since you are a cPanel Forum Moderator, I am wondering whether it is OK to allow a porno Avatar? I could be mistaken, but the reason me asking is that I just saw an Avatar for a member by the name Chadley which looks like a breast of a woman. That username sounds familiar and the avatar does look a little odd.

By definition in most cases, while that avatar may be offense to some, it does not constitute as pornographic. As pornographic would have to entail the areola area. In this case it shows only clevage and it shows no more than can be found on most beaches in bikinis.

If we were to police avatars then we would have to look at others for religious offences (the devil doing the pegiun comes to mind) etc..
