phpMyAdmin Internal Server Error 500

I installed Cpanel on Rocky 9 server. When I try to access the phpMyAdmin I get this error.

I have the following logs in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log:

Hey there! It's important to note that support for RockyLinux 9 is still experimental, so it's possible not everything works well.

I wasn't able to reproduce on a new RockyLInux 9 build running 112.0.4. I also don't see the libldap package present on the machine.

Can you run this command to ensure that all the cPanel tools are present on the system?
