Hi all,
I try to transfer all hosting accounts from Plesk to cPanel via cPanel transfer tool but i get the error:

(XID 8n46g3) The system failed to connect to “Plesk_IP” on port “22” because of an error: Connection refused Failed to establish session and parse security token: 599 Internal Exception (Could not connect to 'Plesk_IP:2087': Connection refused ) at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib/cPanel/PublicAPI.pm line 526.

The authentication method is root password. I checked if password work via winSCP and it a works fine. I disabled Plesk firewall, i added cpanel ip on Plesk Trusted IP Addresses, but nothing change.

This behavior happen both of two Plesk server than i tried to transfer to cPanel

Any idea plz???

@Stergios Geo you must select Remote Server Type: Parallels Plesk in Advanced settings in the Transfer Tool.
Thanks for your reply.
Yes i know, the problem is that i have select "Parallels Plesk®" on "remote Server Type", and now i realize that whatever I choose on "remote Server Type" i have exactly the same results (port:2087).

Any idea?

Can you let us know where port 2087 is coming into play? You shouldn't have to manually set the Transfer Tool to Plesk, as it should detect that automatically. Do you have port 2087 configured somewhere as part of the transfer? Is that possibly accidentally set as a custom SSH port?

The problem was in WHM firewall configuration.
On TCP_IN, TCP_OUT (Allow incoming - outgoing TCP ports).

And after that i edited: etc/ssh/ssh_config file and uncomment:
PasswordAuthentication yes

Thnx all for your time
