I have a server with Almalinux 8 + Cloudlinux

When I restart any service or make any changes that involve saving, it shows a message

reached! at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/RestartSrv/Lock.pm line 37.

other times shows

/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/RestartSrv/Systemd.pm line 138

when this happens, the whole server crashes

Does anyone know what causes the problem and how to fix it?

Are you able to restart services through systemctl?

I have restarted the server, the services are UP, but the problem persists :-(

That's not what I asked. Your original post doesn't include enough of the logs to indicate where a problem is, and I was asking if you are able to restart services via systemd/systemctl instead of using cPanel/WHM, and in doing so, do you get any errors. The little information you posted implied an issue with systemd.

I would check /var/log/messages to see if there are details why the server crashes. If not, investigating systemd like @vanessa mentioned is a great place to start.
