I am still working on a problem that is driving me crazy!

My question is my domain name has an SSL Certificate but do all of my subdomains also need an SSL Certificate to work properly?
I was thinking maybe this was the cause of the "page isn't redirecting problems" I have been having.
I noticed in CPanel that not all of my sub domains have the SSL Certificate.

The way my site is set up all of my products are located in a subdomain that does not have the SSL Certificate and my thinking was that maybe when people click on the button to enter their payment information it is going into a loop because the SSL on my main domain is not reconizing the sub domain without the SSL Certificate.

My hosting company has been working on this problem for weeks and having no luck so far.

My website had worked fine for the past year and then the problem started
I am using Windows 10 the latest version along with Firefox. I have cleared the cache and checked to make sure it is accepting cookies.

My customers can enter their name and address information but once they click on the continue button that should take them to the page where they enter the payment method they want to use they receive the error message "the page isn't redirecting properly. Since at this point they are still in the CPanel part of the website and not in the Abanetecart section I am thinking the problem is in Cpanel.

Open to any idea's you might have on what is causing the problem.

Thanks in advance. Jim

Can you show the redirect rule you have in place for this?
