Problems with account activation

Hello,

I am having problems with my server I have noticed that sometimes when I activate again an account after a suspension does not leave the information if not that it stays with the data of suspeng.cgi in several opportunities and restarted the server to be solved, likewise happens to me with the ssl that sometimes the server generates them but does not save them.

I check the system logs but I do not see anything about it, can you tell me what is the possible error.

Hey there! You're likely just seeing a delay between when the account is unsuspended, and when the Apache configuration gets reloaded. There is rarely a reason to reboot a server, but you likely can just restart Apache when this happens to force it to reload the data quicker.
