just trying to clarify if this is only 1 country we need to turn off then on again or each country

I'm assuming its just one but doesn't hurt to ask to make sure?

Symptoms
cPhulk sends a notification about IPs attempting to log in which are already in the blacklisted countries list. However, cPhulk doesn't detect the IP as being blacklisted.

Description
cPanel stores the IPs of a country in the cPhulk SQLite database. When processing a lookup, it will only query the database. cPanel will update GeoIP information during cPanel major updates. We found recently that the cPhulk database doesn't automatically receive this information which can cause false matches.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-40431. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.

Workaround
  • Navigate to the cPhulk interface in WHM
  • Toggle a blacklisted/whitelisted country off and then toggle it on again.

Hey hey! Since the entries in the database are stored on a per-country basis, you would need to toggle each country to reset that database entry.
So can we do this by selecting (check mark) and then use little icon to the right. When we select all countries? Then the right title icon gear we can set to not specified and then select again and black list. Will this work also with multiple countries selected ?
