Rebuild Reverse DNS Cache and Update Mail HELO Problem [Exim Configuration Manager]

Hello.

When rebuild reverse dns cache and update mail hello , i see this error:

Any help for fix this error please?

Hey there! Is that the IP address of your server? If so, you might want to speak with your hosting provider to ensure that the reverse DNS is properly configured, since that isn't something that would be managed on the cPanel & WHM machine.

If that is properly configured, you might want to try adjusting your resolvers on the server to see if that changes the behavior.
