Hi, I'm looking for some advice please on how to proceed

I currently have 2 cpanel profiles setup on WHM, '' and ''

I plan on redirecting to, do I need to delete the current profile for '' before this will work? As when I try to create a 'domain alias' or 'domain' in the cpanel profile to setup a domain redirect, I receive the error ' ... (XID gumhaa) ... already exists in the userdata '. I have also added a redirect on the cpanel profile to go to but this doesn't seem to redirect. I would prefer an option which has the least amount of downtime, as I can imagine if/when I delete the cpanel profile for, something is bound to still conflict or throw up an error. Thanks

Hey there! I think the main question here, is do you need two separate cPanel accounts for these domains? If you plan to use email, you might, but if you don't you could simply delete the account and setup an Alias inside the account to point to that specific document root.

If you do need a separate account, a simple 301 redirect in the .htaccess file of would handle that redirection as well.
