Remove cPanel Snowmen locale

Please remove cPanel Snowmen. A customer clicked on this and asked me anguished if his website had a virus.
It has already been asked here for other times. If it is not possible to remove at least give some option to hide. Even if it's a script or snippet.

In addition to being statically ugly (having this snowman icons in the middle of other languages) many customers get confused.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. Let's see if we could get some support from other users here. If anyone else would like to see this option to remove locales, please let your voice be heard here and in the feature request.
