Hello,

I've been dealing with a problem for several weeks now. Indeed, sometimes the people to whom I send an email can't answer me, an error message is displayed on their side.

Do you have advice or a solution to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Have a nice day.

The solution is to find what the error message is, on the other side.

When I call my wife in the morning, the door is closed, so I can't hear what she says.
Any idea what she's saying. ????
See what I mean.

You really need to help yourself by giving us something to work with.

Hello,
I checked with one of my contacts with the problem.
Here's the mistake it shows him:
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 The sending IP (xxx) is listed on spamrl.com IP/domain reputation solution as a source of spam.

So, I looked up whether our address was blacklisted or not, it's blacklisted by BACKSCATTERER. However, no idea why it's blacklisted.

Is there any way to get off the blacklist?
Could the problem be somewhere else?

I see that you are a web site owner.
I'm going to suggest that you are sharing a server with a number of other customers.
One of those other customers could be sending out spam, or have a compromised account.

If you are on a shared server, then everyone who uses the same IP will all be tarred with the same brush.
There could be 20 customers on that server, but it only needs one to ruin the reputation of the other 19.

Your options:

Raise a support ticket with your host, and ask them to sort out the blacklisting
or Ask them to migrate you to another server.

Also, the link you provided does have a delisting feature and a support link.
Delisting won't work unless you get to the bottom of the source though, which you may have absolutely no control over.

The support link, might (if your'e lucky), reveal the domain which caused the blacklisting.

This web site may reveal how many domains are on the same IP address, which will give you some indication as to whether or not you are sharing.

Thanks @keat63 - you're 100% right but the issue here is that the contact attempting to reply is listed not the OP so the contact would need to resolve the issue on their end. It sounds as though the server @Baptiste74 is on is using the RBL to check for listings and rejecting the mail at SMTP time. There is nothing that @Baptiste74 can do to resolve this without access to the server to remove the RBL check or access to the remote domain to delist it.
