Reverse DNS (PTR) - email sending IP other than server

Hello people,

I've been experiencing this problem since I changed my email sending IP. Even if I configured the reverse for this IP, which would be mailserver.example.com.br, I can't solve it and many customers complain about not being able to send email as an example to hotmail.

Could someone help me, I'm new to servers.

Hello,

Can you confirm if you are sending mail using the primary public IP of the server and if "mailserver.example.com.br" is the hostname of the server?

Can you also provide more information on being unable to send mail to Hotmail, such as any errors or if mail is being sent from your server then received as spam?
