resolves to “Cloudflare IP” and “Cloudflare IP”, not “server IP
In general, you can't create rDNS records for Cloudflare IP addresses. I would expect things to work properly if the record is configured for the main IP of your server, as that is what will make the outbound email connections.
It would be best to contact Cloudflare about this particular issue since they would be the ones most familiar with the configuration.
