Server Inaccessible after starting Elevate to almalinux

Dear All.

Please help I am in a crisis

My server is not accessible after reboot for over 100 minutes now. I want to create a ticket with WHM / Cpanel but I do not have the Support Access ID
How Can I raise a ticket.

This is a dedicated server hosted with Hetzner. I have requested Hetzner for Console Access. I am waiting for this.
My IP Address is : 135.181.136.169

It is almost 110 minutes since I started the script. Should I reboot the server now through the Hetzner Console or should I wait for Console Access.
What would the seniors here recommend.

I have a Dedicated Server running WHM hosted at Hetzner with the following details:
Primary IP Address : 135.181.136.169
It was running the following software
CentOS v7.9.2009 STANDARD standard
cPanel Version
110.0.7
Software
Current Version MySQL 8.0.33
PHP 8.1
EasyApache 4

I checked the Elevate to Almalinux for blockers and when it confirmed there were no blockers I started the Elevate process.
Here is the log of what happened before I lost connection.

There was a ping response for some time after the first reboot and after that there has been no ping response at all. It is almost 60 minutes since I started the elevate process.
I cannot run the check status script also I do not have SSH Access.
Kindly suggest what I can do now.

Ok I got console access for 3 hours and I see this
It seems grub has gone corrupt. What Can I do from here. Please help. My server is down for all my clients

It seems the File system totally went corrupt on my 2 X 1TB NVME Drive with Software raid 0
I did a fresh Install of Cpanel with AlmaLinux 9.1
Now I have restored all Cpanel Accounts..
Restored 46 Cpanel Accounts from a Remote FTP Location-
System is up, but lots of settings on the server need to be done again.
I think it will take a couple of days to fix all things.

Hey there! It's normal for the system to go offline multiple times during the process. However, it's not normal for the system to enter rescue mode, as that is something that the ELevate script doesn't perform. Is it possible that a monitoring agent noticed the system was offline and put the server into rescue mode?

With the server in its current state, you'd want to be working with the hosting provider directly to get the issues resolved. I'm sorry you've run into such a problem with the system!
