Service generated warnings while checking SSL certificates

Last few days I've started getting this warning email, not idea how to fix this.

The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: Neither HTTP nor DNS DCV preflight checks succeeded!

See attached.

Any ideas anyone please?

Edit DNS zone does not have a AAAA record.
If there's no AAA record for IPv6 in the hostname's DNS zone, then it suggests something else is causing the error message. Feel free to open a support ticket and we can take a closer look at your system to see what's happening.

I've just tried to open a ticket, getting this message: The current estimated wait time for new complimentary tickets is 03h 43m
