shell option access disabled

When creating or editing packages it does not allow me to activate this option. in feature manager if it allows me to activate SSH Access & Terminal

the option is disabled by default

how can i activate it?

Hey there! Are you logged in as root on the system or as a reseller? If you are accessing WHM as a reseller, it's likely that choice has been restricted by root, so you wouldn't be able to adjust that on your side.

If that is the case, you'd want to contact the root admin of the machine to see if that is a restriction they would be willing to lift.
