shell_exec + cloudlinux + cagefs

Hi experts
I want to know if is safe enable shell_exec and ini_set on dedicated server running cloudlinux if not, I want to know is there is a secure-way to do this. I know that the best way is keep disabled this function to prevent some of type of hacking.

As long as you are running CageFS -- yes, it is safe.
