showing as suspended page

When we enter the domain in browser its showing the suspended page like domain.tld/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

When we check its on whm the account is in normal mode.

We tried it many computers and other networks. still its not wokring.

Hey hey! The first thing to do is to check the DNS of the website and ensure it is pointing to the same WHM server you are looking at to see if the site is suspended.

If that is correct, I would try suspending and unsuspending the domain to see if that resolves the issue.
