SMTP test error

I am trying to test SMTP over Gmass : SMTP Test Tool and I am getting error as in the image.

Please could you help me.

What does safe disabling "Introduce a delay into the SMTP transaction for unknown hosts and messages detected as spam" in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager"? Do we have any security issue from RBL block?

This causes odd behavior with online testing tools, even though your mailserver may be working normally. Are you seeing any specific issues with the mail system?

It seems that everything working on my side, even If I connect on some mail client it works, just when I make these tests it fail. Do you think that I can ignore these test that everything will work?

By the way my host provider told me that he is unable to make configuration in WHM is that true since I am using shared hosting?

Yes, it's fine to ignore these errors from an automated test. It is well known that these tools don't work with the delay system, even though mail from a real mail server will be delivered properly.

If you are on a shared server those settings are completely controlled by your hosting provider, so it is up to them what they are willing to change.
