It seems that everything working on my side, even If I connect on some mail client it works, just when I make these tests it fail. Do you think that I can ignore these test that everything will work?

By the way my host provider told me that he is unable to make configuration in WHM is that true since I am using shared hosting?

Yes, it's fine to ignore these errors from an automated test. It is well known that these tools don't work with the delay system, even though mail from a real mail server will be delivered properly.

If you are on a shared server those settings are completely controlled by your hosting provider, so it is up to them what they are willing to change.
