SpamAssassin & Exim Problems.

Hi,

I have been looking for reasons why my site keeps crashing, or just gets really slow and almost everytime I get an error that says.

approx: "spamd has failed. A restart was automatically attempted".

Also, as I look into eximstats database.. it has over 80,000 rows.. is that normal.

Last when I check the Mail Que.. there is a BUNCH of e-mails that we did not sent.. stuff where it seems to have code encoded into the mail. So must likely viruses. Now I have all the spam software running.. but it seems like its a problem if it keeps failing. I am running out of ideas and short on time.

Un-install and then re-install spamassassin. There are many threads discussin this issue, if you search this forum.
